Who We Are
Ian Hunt is a respected private client specialist with over 24 years experience as a qualified Private Client Lawyer. Ian is a Chartered Legal Executive as well as a longstanding full member of both The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ( since 1995) and Solicitors for the Elderly (since 2001) and holds the Older Care in Practice Award. Ian is only one of 15 legal practitioners who holds membership of the Equity Release Council and is a member of the National Mental Capacity Forum. He is also a panel advisor for Mencap and the National Autistic Society and a member of Action on Elder Abuse as well as being a Commissioner for Oaths.
Thelma Collier is our Customer Services and Compliance Manager. Thelma has a wealth of experience in both financial and legal compliance and ensures we maintain the highest standards of client care and that all the relevant legal complicance is adhered to.
Gail Turner is our Archiving and Administration assistant and looks after our Client Registration Scheme as well as all our records and file management. Gail previously worked as a sub-postmistress before becoming a Paramedic for 14 years. She then re-trained as an occupational therapist before returning to the Post Office. She brings with her excellent record keeping skills and a useful medical knowledge to ensure our client records are well looked after.
Adele Atkinson is our Practice Manager and looks after our accounts as well. Adele has a degree in teaching and is currently undertaking the CILEX exams to become a fully trained lawyer. Adele has great organisation skills as well as excellent inter-personal skills which will help her become a great private client lawyer.
